We ship all orders using the Hellenic Post Office (ELTA) for worldwide delivery. All parcels are sent registered and insured.
For orders that are not picked up by the store, the following shipping methods apply with the corresponding charges:

Product Shipments

- For product orders, shipping is FREE based on the following conditions:

- If you are from Greece for a purchase over €50 while the weight is less than 2 kg,
- If you are from a European Union for a purchase over €70 while the weight is less than 2 kg,
- If you are from the USA or Canada for a purchase over €120 and the weight is less than 2 kg,
- For the rest of the world for a purchase over €150 while the weight is less than 2 kg.

- Shipments of small volume products are made with cooperating courier companies.
- Order management - processing 2-3 working days.
- Delivery time 7-10 days.
- For bulky and heavy products, shipping is only done with a transport company as long as it is prepaid.
- For hard-to-reach areas, products are picked up from the nearest distribution centers of partner transport companies.
